Before you visit
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring any dental records or x-rays you may have, your Medicare or private health insurance card, and a list of any medications you're taking. If you're filling out your patient forms in the clinic, arrive a few minutes early so you have time to complete them.
Do you accept new patients?
Absolutely! We love meeting new faces. Whether it's been a while since your last check-up or you're just looking for a fresh dental experience, we're here to welcome you with open arms (and sparkling smiles).
How early should I arrive for my appointment?
We recommend arriving about 10 minutes early, especially if it's your first visit. It gives you time to settle in and complete any necessary paperwork.
Is there parking available at the clinic?
Yes, we have convenient on-site parking. And it's free!
I haven't seen a dentist in years. Will I be judged?

Do you accept private health insurance?
Yes! We accept all major private health insurers through HICAPS, allowing you to claim your rebate on the spot.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept EFTPOS, credit cards, cash, and HICAPS claims. We also offer payment plans — just ask our team for details.
Is Passion Dental part of the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS)?
Yes. We bulk bill eligible children under the CDBS. Check your eligibility or ask us for help.
Do you offer payment plans or Afterpay?
Yes, we offer flexible payment options including Afterpay and other custom plans. We'll work with you to make sure your care stays affordable.
What if I don't have insurance?
No problem. We'll clearly outline all costs upfront, and we offer transparent, competitive pricing. There are no surprises here — just clear smiles.

How do I make an appointment?

What counts as a dental emergency?

Can I get a same-day appointment for an emergency?
Yes. We reserve slots every day for urgent cases. Call us early and we'll do everything we can to help you the same day.
What if I need help after hours?
Give us a call. If it's outside our hours, our voicemail will guide you to emergency options available nearby.
